Ricky Lee began his acting career as a young boy on the set of “Gypsy Moths” with Burt Lancaster and Gene Hackman. He went on to study acting and art at Wichita State University. He joined the American Indian theatre company Tulsa Oklahoma and performed with David Carradine and will Sampson. He met author and playwright Christopher Sergel who owned dramatic publishing company New York New York. Lee went on to perform off Broadway at the Papermill Playhouse New Jersey. After moving to New Mexico he was a guest artist for the University of New Mexico theater department and was the lead actor in the play “Spirit of the Dead” which won the national Theater competition for the university. Lee performed at the Kennedy Center Awards and most recently he has had roles in Jane Got a Gun, The Ridiculous Six, Preachers, Comancheros and Big Sky.
