She is considered one of Mexico&#8217;s most prestigious actors, as well as an outstanding choreographer. In 2015 she moved to the US, within months she was cast as one of the leads of the hit television series &#8220;Queen of the South&#8221;, her character &#8220;Camila Vargas&#8221; quickly became a fan favourite. Her filmography includes many prestige television credits in series such as: &#8220;Ozark&#8221; opposite to Laura Linney, Julia Garner &amp; Jason Bateman. HBO&#8217;s &#8220;Perry Mason&#8221; where she played another fan favourite, &#8220;Lupe Gibbs&#8221; opposite to Matthew Rhys &amp; John Lithgow. Steven Conrad&#8217;s critically acclaimed &#8220;Perpetual Grace Ltd&#8221;, where she played \u201cClara\u201d, opposite to Sir Ben Kingsley, Luis Guzm\u00e1n &amp; Jackie Weaver.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Her most recent film credits include Disney&#8217;s &#8220;Jungle Cruise&#8221; where she played &#8220;Trader Sam&#8221; next to Dwayne Johnson, Emily Blunt &amp; Jack Whitehall. &#8220;A Million miles away&#8221; with Michael Pe\u00f1a &amp; Julio Cedillo, &#8220;Voyagers&#8221; opposite Collin Farrell, &#8220;The Forever Purge&#8221;, Ted Melfi&#8217;s &#8220;The Starling&#8221;, Blumhouse\u2019s \u201cImaginary\u201d, \u201cAristotle &amp; Dante Discover the Secrets of the Universe\u201d &amp; \u201cAmerican Underdog\u201d.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the LATAM market, her breakthrough performance in the film &#8220;Days of Grace&#8221; as &#8220;La Madrina&#8221; won critical acclaim. Directed by Everardo Gout the movie is considered one of the most important Mexican films of the decade, the film won seven Mexican Academy Awards. Other credits include &#8220;A Monster of a thousand heads&#8221; directed by the multi-awarded director Rodrigo Pl\u00e1, the cult film &#8220;Hasta el Viento tiene miedo&#8221;, &#8220;Midaq&#8217;s Alley&#8221;, &#8220;Saving Private P\u00e9rez&#8221; &amp; many more. Ms. Falc\u00f3n was nominated by the Mexican Film Critics Association as Best Supporting actor for her role as &#8220;La Diabla&#8221; in the film &#8220;Sugar Kisses&#8221;. The film was directed by Oscar Nominee Carlos Cuar\u00f3n.&nbsp; Other US television credits include: Marc Cherry&#8217;s &#8220;Why Women Kill&#8221;, HBO&#8217;s &#8220;Room 104&#8221; directed by Marc Duplass, Marvel&#8217;s &#8220;The Falcon and the Winter Soldier&#8221; &amp; Joseph Gordon Levitt&#8217;s &#8220;Mr. Corman&#8221;. Ms. Falc\u00f3n recently lent her voice to &#8220;Eex&#8221; for the Warner Bros. animated production of &#8220;Foools&#8221;. She was one the leads of Louise Abbot&#8217;s podcast &#8220;Pesos&#8221; where she played \u201cIrma\u201d. Her LATAM television credit are too numerous to mention: HBO\u2019s &#8220;Sr. Avila&#8221;,&#8221;Capadoccia&#8221;, E &#8220;La Alegr\u00eda del Hogar&#8221; with Eugenio Derbez, &#8220;El Se\u00f1or de los cielos&#8221;, &#8220;Trece Miedos&#8221;, &#8220;Los Minondo&#8221;, &#8220;El Capitan Camacho&#8221; are just some of them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For many years, Ms. Falc\u00f3n was the artistic Director of her own independent theatre company. Her body of work in theatre includes productions in Mexico, Berlin &amp; the US, her credits in theatre include work as an actress, director, choreographer, producer &amp; playwright. Ms Falcon marked her New York Off Broadway stage debut in 2022 with \u201cThe Redbull Theatre Company\u201d production of &#8220;Arden of Faversham&#8221;. Veronica played &#8220;Widow Greene&#8221; to critical acclaim, she won the \u201cHOLA\u201d Award (Hispanic Organization for Latin Actors), for Excellence in the theatre as Best Supporting Actor.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In 2013 Ms. Falc\u00f3n won a grant as a playwright competing with over two hundred and fifty authors. The grant was part of the Global &#8220;Micro-theatre&#8221; project, the play was produced and had successful runs in Mexico City &amp; Miami. She in currently writing a new play \u201cUnchanged\u201d, the play will be set to premiere Off Broadway in 2025. Ms. Falc\u00f3n is developing a couple of television series \u201cChat\u201d &amp; \u201cPrestigious\u201d &amp; editing a compilation of her short stories for publication in 2025-26.&nbsp; As a choreographer, Ms. Falc\u00f3n was invited several times to work with Mexico&#8217;s National Opera, her choreography of Mozart&#8217;s &#8220;Don Giovanni&#8221; is still regarded as one of the most original works ever created for the Company. In the nineties, she worked most of the top Pop Latinx stars in the music industry choreographing concerts &amp; tv specials. She also choreographed countless projects for stage &amp; television in Mexico, Canada &amp; Berlin. At age fifteen, Ms. Falc\u00f3n, was awarded a Teacher&#8217;s Degree in English, she is fluent in German &amp; French. She was nominated twice for the \u201cImage Award\u201d for excellence in television for her role as \u201cCamila Vargas\u201d in &#8220;Queen of the South&#8221;.
