Brent has experience as a Producer, Director, Director of Photography, Still Photographer, Editor, and Graphic Artist with over 25 years professional experience. What sets Brent apart is his focus on story as the primary method for visual communication. On any project, STORY is the thread that connects the intended audience and helps the project communicate successfully and succeed.
Success has shown itself in the sheer number of accolades and awards won in video awards and film festivals around the world. One of the latest projects that Brent has written, directed and produced is his Star Wars fan film, Rendezvous. https://youtu.be/37VtwlcFVDE. In it’s first year on YouTube alone, it has garnered close to 90,000 views and received 29 film award nominations and awards.
Angelito was born out of a love for the crime film and film noir genres. It also came about from a need to tell an emotional story about innocence and guilt, sin and redemption in a way that feels based in reality and truth from multiple viewpoints.
My hope is that Angelito’s audience will find meaningful dialogue around those themes and dilemmas the film represents and that they will remember the film long after it has entered thier consciousness.
