With over 20 years of production and technology experience, Downs resides in Truth or Consequences New Mexico as CEO of Rox Productions. From Texas to Colorado and all over New Mexico, Downs produces and works with festivals and events. If he is running a music festival or helping as a sound/light engineer for a film festival Downs team and vast skills provide various support services beyond technical. Downs added a new career as a locations manager in 2020 and continues to work with the New Mexico Film Industry in a variety of roles.
