A desperate father risks all to fulfill his dying daughter’s last wish.
Departures is a short film about the limitless love between a parent and child and the heartbreaking event of a father losing his daughter. We follow a desperate father throughout a single night, risking everything to give his dying daughter her last wish. This takes him on a journey in which he tries to prove himself as a parent but that will cause him to take actions he never thought himself capable of.
